Hello, this is the interviewer's user manual for the SM IntiCo mobile application. To start, you will need to have the mobile application, as well as the Dooblo application installed on your phone.


We will now open the IntiCo Survey Management application. Make sure you have access to the platform, here you only need to enter your username and password. When you have done so, click on the "Login" button.

In this first section, you will find all the campaigns to which your user has access. To start working, click on the one you want to access.

On this screen you can see information about the surveys you have carried out and the status of each one. To start, you need to click on the "Bring next respondent" button.

 

Now you can start working with the respondents. The first step in starting a survey is to click the "play" button to start a survey.

At the top, you'll find the phone icon, which will help you link the call directly. You also have the filtering options according to the study you are doing. Here you can put down the information following the answers given by the respondent.

If the user accepts the survey and agrees to have the call automatically recorded, the survey will be opened to be worked on. Once the survey is done, that record will be updated by returning us to the main page of the study's details.

In the filter, the world icon will be able to change another language.
 

        

In the logout section, the world icon will allow you to change the application to another language.

 

                

 

In case the user decides that he is willing to answer the survey, but would like to schedule it for another day, the following screen will appear to record the time and date of the scheduled call.

 

               

 

Consider the time to be programmed to be more than 5 minutes from the current time.

 

            

 

There is also an option for when the user chooses not to answer the survey. In this case, the status of the respondent would be updated to "soft rejection".

 

            

 

Finally you can continue to call respondents according to the quota of contacts you have. If you have any questions, please contact the support team for more information.
