INSTALLING THE EYEBEAM SOFTPHONE

 

 

In the manual we will show you the Installation and Configuration of the Eyebeam Softphone, to download the program use the following URL.

WELCOME

 

 

In the first instance, I entered the installation by double clicking on the previously downloaded executable file. When the welcome screen appears, click the Next button to continue.

 

 

LICENSE AGREEMENT

The terms and conditions for the use of the program will appear on this screen. Select the I accept the agreement option and click Next to continue accepting these terms.

 

 

INSTALLATION DIRECTORY

 

On this screen we do not make changes, click Next to continue.

 

 

ADDITIONAL TASKS

 

You can optionally define whether the installation will leave a program icon on the Desktop and/or the Taskbar. You can also define whether the program will run automatically at Windows startup.

 

Once these options have been decided, click Next to continue.

 

 

INSTALLING

 

Once you've done the above steps, the program will start to install itself on the system until the process is complete.

 

 

END OF INSTALLATION

After the installation process is complete, optionally choose Launch Eyebeam to run the program after installation is complete. Click Finish to finish the installation.

 

 

Note:

 

On the first start of the softphone it will request a key, this license will be shared by the secure site in the file downloaded from the softphone.

 

SETTING

To start configuring the Softphone you must have completed all the previous steps and enter the shared license.

Right click on the program window selecting the SIP Account Settings option.

 

Select the first row of the list and click Add to begin configuring the Internal. Then, a screen will appear where the necessary parameters will be configured.

 

ACCOUNT

For the configuration we will use as an example the number 106 with SIP key. These data will have to be replaced by those shared on the secure site

UserDetails
  • Display Name: Extension numbering, Dialer SM in the example.
  • User Name: Extension number, 106 in the example.
  • Password: SIP password of the extension, in the example.
  • Authorization User Name: Extension numbering, 106 in the example.
  • Domain: inticosm.aware.cl:5076

 

 

Leave the DOMAIN PROXY data by default and click on accept.
