Interviewer user manual

We welcome you to our survey platform. As a survey user, you have the main function of being able to “Join” the Study that you are assigned to work on that day. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Join us in this manual.

Access to the Platform.

 

 

Step 1.
Log in to the Aware platform with the interviewer user, in the "User" section enter the corresponding code and "Pass" enter the password.

Step 3.
When entering with the interviewer user, you must give permissions to the microphone option and the pop-up window.

 

Then the user must select the option "AUTO DIALER" to start with the management of surverys.

After selecting the "AUTO DAILER" option, the plataform will play a message confirming that the agent is connected to the dialer.

Step 5.

After the confirmation message, the platform will automatically assign a UID, until then you must wait on the next screen until the dialer connects the call.

Step 6.
When the call is connected, the following screen will be displayed.

 

 

 

​- Option to open the popup window or popup in case it closes.


Step 7.
Select the URL Popup button and a pop-up window will open with the filter of the study in progress with which you can record the interview data.

Note:
If the pop-up doesn't open, validate Step 3. and give the pop

 

Step 8.
At the top of the filter you will find the following buttons

 

 

- The option will allow you to add Notes.

- The option will allow you to add a secondary number.

- The option will show you the Phone Status.

 

 

Step 9.
At the end of the interview, code the SP as appropriate and then select the Save option.

Step 10.
After encoding a Phone Status, the following message will be displayed on the screen "
Attempt Saved, please close this windowand you must close the popup window  to continue management.

 

 

Step 11.
Finally, when you finish managing the UID, click on the "Take a new call" button to connect with a new UID.

 

To call the same record again when it has been hung, double click on the icon and it will call the record again.

 

INCOME OF BREAKS

To enter a pause, click the "Take a Break" button, during a pause the platform will not assing UID's to manage and no calls will be connected to the agent.

 

Then select the reason and finally click on the "Take a Break" button.

 

 

To resume managing interviewers, you must select "Resume" and continue to Step 5.
