WELCOME

We welcome you to our survey platform Sample Management - All-in-One Solution. As an Operator or Supervisor user you can access all the options and view all the tabs of the platform.

Platform Login 

To enter the platform you must have a username and password.

Scheduled Alert
To make use of the functionality we have to enter the Additional Module> Scheduled.

                                 
 

 

Scheduled

 

The Scheduled module has the function of helping Operator and Supervisor users to update the date and time of a scheduled interview, as well as view the status.

 

 

 


Detalles

 

UID: The identifier of the scheduled record.

USER: The user associated with the scheduled record.

 

DATE ANSWER: La fecha y la hora del último phone status guardado.

STATUS: This works similar to a traffic light, with 3 colors that mean the following:
 

🟢 Green: It’s activated when it's not yet met and up to 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
 

🟡 Yellow: It’s activated 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
 

🔴 Red: It’s activated when the UID wasn't resumed at the scheduled time.

DATE SCHEDULED: The date and time scheduled.

OPTIONS: This function allows you to edit the user, date and time of the scheduled record.
