MANUAL CAPTI

 

This is the interviewer user manual for CAPTI functionality. This feature has two modes:

 

Pata 2: It is used for interviewers who start an interview in person but for certain reasons must switch to remote mode in order to complete it later. They use the 'DEVICE INDEX' option to generate records that will be managed by the same interviewer who started the interview.

 

Pata 3: It is used for interviewers who are only looking for potential people who want to take the survey to be contacted by a remote interviewer. They use the 'ID TASK' option to generate records that will be managed by other interviewers.

 

All interviewers will administer the same questionnaire. (CAPI WP questionnaires)

 

To get started, you will need to have the SM and Cube APK as well as the Dooblo app installed on your phone.

Now we will open the IntiCo Survey Management APP. Make sure you have access to the platform, here you just have to enter your username and password, then click on the "Login" button.

Pata 2:

 

  • Enter 'Capti Menu'


 

  • Create CAPTI UID:

 

  • Add phone numbers and select phone type:

 


 

  • In this section, it is validated that duplicate phone numbers are not entered:


  • You have the option to delete the record by swiping to the left:



 

  • You can also select an entered number that you want to validate and call it.



 

  • Finally, you can also add additional data (optional)




 

Choose Task ID / Device Index



 

  • Add notes (optional)


 


 



 

CAPTI UID synchronization, if you have a constant connection, it will be synchronized automatically and if you do not have a connection, these will accumulate. When you have a connection, click on the button "Sync CAPTI UID"


 


 

Pata 3

 

If you select Task ID with the 'sm online' option, the record is sent to the interviewers on the SM platform so that it can be managed by SM Online or SM APP users.




 

The records will be displayed on the platform according to the data entered when the CAPTI UID was generated so that any interviewer can call (or re-call) the phone number from SM Online or APP SM


 

  • You can select from 23 disposition codes
